TORTA DE LIMÃO

INGREDIENTES (FORMA PEQUENA)                                                                                      

MASSA:                                                                                                                                 
   1        pacote (200gr.) de biscoito maizena                                                                                 
   1/2     xícara de manteiga derretida                                                                                            

RECHEIO:                                                                                                                              
   300     ml. de leite                                                                                                                      
   6        colheres (sopa) de açúcar                                                                                               
   40      gr. de manteiga                                                                                                               
   2        gemas                                                                                                                            
   3        colheres (sopa) de maizena                                                                                             
             casca ralada de 2 limões                                                                                                 
             suco de 1 ½  limão                                                                                                         

SUSPIRO:                                                                                                                              
   2        claras                                                                                                                             
   6        colheres (sopa) de açúcar                                                                                               
             suco de ½  limão                                                                                                            
Misture os ingredientes da massa. Forre uma forma desmontável e asse em temperatura média. Deixe esfriar e reserve.
  
RECHEIO:                                                                                                                              
Bata as gemas, o açúcar, o leite e a maizena no liqüidificador. Cozinhe em fogo lento. Retire do fogo e acrescente a manteiga e o suco e a casca de limão. Deixe esfriar e coloque sobre a massa.

SUSPIRO:                                                                                                                              

Bata as claras em neve, junte o açúcar e o suco de limão. Bata muito bem até obter um suspiro bem firme. Com um saco de confeiteiro, arrume o suspiro sobre o creme de limão. Leve à salamandra para dourar.
